The Safariland® SLS Tactical holster is designed for tactical situations encountered by law enforcement and military personnel. This holster features the SLS (Self Locking System) rotating hood retention, which allows for a smoother single-motion draw and greater protection against attempted weapon takeaways. The hood can only be released by simultaneously pushing it down and rotating the hood forward. When upward force is applied, the retention system becomes even more secure.
The holster is manufactured from durable thermoformed SafariLaminate™ material that resists scrapes, scratches and dents. To protect the gun’s sights and finish, the interior has a molded sight track and is lined with soft suede. The 6004 features a standard double leg strap, while the 6005 offers a quick-release leg strap. The leg shroud features the Safariland 3-hole mounting pattern for optional accessories.
